I was placed an order from Firozpur to Gurgaon. He has couriered 3 products but I received only 2 products. The courier weighted 2 Kg and was sent on 20th March ‘2018. Firstly My request to you please all careless employees should be removed. How they are so careless even they don’t care about the value of items delivered and their impression on customers vision. very bad service. If there would be more valuable items then what would happen? If my missing product courier was not delivered within 24 hours then i first go to the Police Station and complaint against this fraud company. After that complaint If my problems not short out then raised the complaint to consumer court that plz close the Trackon courier company..Becoz this is cheap and fraud company..A third class company i have never seen in my life.. after that I’ll go to the High Court then i go to the Supreme court for close this Disgusting company.
I recommend not to send anything anywhere via Trackon courier as to not fall on their sweet trap and waste your valuable items and money too, Better go for another courier point and hand over to it after getting full details and confirmation about their service.
